Chapter 185: God Level Bloodline

“What?!” Shi Fa’s body shook, despite hiding for many years, he couldn’t conceal his amazement.

The Surging Wave fishman bloodline was a god level bloodline!

Fishmen had less potential than humans and only had three great god level bloodlines.

The Surging Wave fishman bloodline was one of them.

In other words, fishmen that possessed that bloodline had the possibility of becoming a god!

God level!

This was above the saint and legend level; it was the strongest level.

Every god level bloodline that appeared greatly impacted the power balance of the entire world.

Shi Fa was grave, “But Hai Ping was only able to be a saint level his entire life, this proves that even if he has the Surging Wave fishman bloodline, his bloodline concentration is small and not complete.”

“He has been dead for many years too.”

“We have paid an immense price to just get his corpse, what use is it?”

The purple scaled fishman slyly smiled, “This is a secret that cannot be easily divulged. Shi Fa, you just need to know that this action concerned my Goddess’ recovery, the fishmen, and even the future world order!”

“We must succeed!”

Shi Fa’s mind shook, he soon took a breath, and heavily nodded.

“I will do my best to help you!” Shi Fa was solemn and resolute, “What can I do?”

The purple scaled fishman stroked her chest and coughed, “We have already confirmed that Hai Ping’s corpse is on this island, but where it is exactly is something that needs special magic to locate.”

“However, I was seriously injured in battle.”

“I can no longer use the magic.”

“This magic has to be used by you.”

Shi Fa suddenly looked distressed.

The purple scaled fishman consoled, “I know what you’re worried about, I will help you through it.”

“This will indeed be the first time you will use this magic. But that doesn’t matter, I have an item that can link our spirits together.”

“Therefore, when we use this magic, the success rate will greatly increase.”

“The real problem is…”

“The magic undulation is hard to conceal, it will inevitably expose our location. During the cast time, enemies might search for, attack, and obstruct us.”

“I understand!” Shi Fa nodded confidently with playing cards circling around him, “My cards can deploy magic traps, that will offer us brief protection.”

The purple scaled fishman nodded, “I have a defensive skill too.”

The two fishmen casters began to prepare their casting in the depths.

Meanwhile.

The sky above some streets on the new island.

The frogman Hu Li was chasing the magician Qing Xin.

“Chirp.”

He closed his lips tightly, and his belly suddenly bulged like he was nine months pregnant, and from the belly came a muffled sound.

His bulging belly suddenly discharged, regaining its flatness as a force flowed from his belly, up his esophagus, and poured into his nape.

His nape instantly swelled, becoming thicker than his thighs.

“Urp.”

Hu Li barely rolled his Adam’s apple, letting out a sound.

His nape instantly reduced in size as his two cheeks swelled like two bass drums.

“Ha.”

Hu Li opened his mouth, spitting out the thing inside it.

His cheeks immediately turned back to normal.

After arduously brewing this for a long while, what he spat out was of course not normal.

It appeared to be a translucent insipid red and looked like a giant ball whose surface was constantly undulating.

Hu Li stretched out his palm, turning the translucent ball into a tuning fork.

·

Battle skill – Musical Instrument Three Tone Tuning Fork!

The tuning fork was two meters long, its shaft was slender, and it had three prongs at its front end.

Hu Li grabbed the three pronged tuning fork, aimed, then threw it ferociously at Qing Xin.

The tuning fork swiftly cut through the air without a sound, a biting cold killing intent forming in the stillness!

Qing Xin turned grave, ready for it.

She shot out wind blades in an attempt to intercept them.

The light cyan wind blades accurately hit the three pronged tuning fork and were smashed apart like jade.

Qing Xin flew away while launching a ball of wind.

The ball of wind collided with the three pronged tuning fork yet failed to sweep it away and was instead split apart by the tuning fork.

The tuning fork was headed right for Qing Xin.

Qing Xin hastily cast a spell, and didn’t fail to cast Wind Wall.

The tuning fork pierced through the wind wall and stabbed Qing Xin’s underbelly.

Qing Xin covered her underbelly and flew away in a sorry state.

Blood seeped from the gap under her fingers.

Luckily, Hu Li didn’t press the attack.

It wasn’t that he didn’t want to, however, his battle squad had landed in a crisis.

The dwarf Men Shi couldn’t coordinate with Qing Xin, so he chose to help by attacking the other members of the Applaud battle squad.

The highest of these was only iron level and weren’t Men Shi’s match.

Hu Li threw a cutlass from a distance.

The cutlass contained the battle skill he had hastily used.

Battle skill – Sound Wall!

The cutlass landed on the ground just in front of Men Shi.

From the cutlass, a powerful force erupted that instantly created a surging soundwave that formed a translucent wall.

The wall stopped Men Shi’s charge.

But only for a split second.

Men Shi broke through a moment later and kicked the cutlass away in passing.

He continued to attack the Applaud battle squad, hammering a head open.

Hu Li flew into a rage; he had grown this battle squad with great difficulty, repairing it would be quite hard.

However, that thrown cutlass and one death had given Hu Li the time to rush over to confront Men Shi.

The two fought a fierce battle.

Xi Dai Zi was stuck in the Vinegar Jar.

The Wealth priest who had impeded him was slain by Shi Fa.

Shi Fa teleported away a moment later, vanishing from where he stood.

Everyone else was too far to interfere, and so Xi Dai Zi was easily able to retreat to his flagship.

He followed the ladders to the bottom floor.

“Yao Guan Zi!” At the bottom of the ship, Xi Dai Zi saw Yao Guan Zi’s corpse, his heard suddenly welling with powerful grief.

Yao Guan Zi was changed beyond recognition, his entire body had been torn apart by magic, as if he had been cruelly tortured by magic pages.

He didn’t move and had no aura of life.

“He wasn’t in the cockpit.”

“It should have been Shi Fa’s magic, he realized that death was certain, therefore he left the cockpit and drew the magic elsewhere to protect it.”

It had to be said that Shi Fa had been ruthless.

Xi Dai Zi didn’t have the time to take care of Yao Guan Zi’s corpse, he sat before the control station and filled in Yao Guan Zi’s seat.

Vinegar Jar, rise for me!” Xi Dai Zi shouted.

When the dragonman youngster saw Xi Dai Zi entering the Vinegar Jar, he immediately transmitted via alchemy device, “Chi Lai, open fire there now!”

Chi Lai hesitated, but a trace of resolve and battle intent appeared, “I can still fight!”

This time, he was a bit slower.

Long term imprisonment and life as a slave had impacted his state.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been drained by just one shot.

Well… he could do at least two shots!

From the communication device, the dragonman youngster could also sense Chi Lai’s fighting spirit.

During a brief gap between his fight with Peng Din Zi, he asked, “Are you confident you can sink the Vinegar Jar in one shot?”

Chi La was sluggish as he told the truth, “No.”

One cannon shot wouldn’t sink the Vinegar Jar.

Even if it was a gold level artillery shell.

The Vinegar Jar was a silver level magic ship, only a level below. The Vinegar Jar had strong defenses, were that not the case, Yao Guan Zi wouldn’t have dared to charge the Vinegar Jar through the port.

The fact that all of the port’s light cannon turrets had been pulverized was testament to its defenses.

The Vinegar Jar wasn’t able to block Chi Lai’s shell, but it was massive, and unless it was a fatal blow, it could still fight.

This was like when a dagger stabbed someone’s arm or thigh, the person could still fight despite that. But if one was stabbed in the heart, head, or other vital points, then they would be dead in the streets.

Therefore, it was possible that Chi Lai could destroy the Vinegar Jar in a single shot.

The prerequisite was knowing where the Vinegar Jar’s mortal weak points were.

However, he was unfamiliar with the Vinegar Jar’s layout.

This magic ship was built by fishmen, and was poles apart from normal ship architecture. For example, its cannon mouths were on the bottom and not high up on the ship.

“Then retreat.” The dragonman youngster ordered.

Chi Lai replied, “What about the gold level cannon?”

Without the slightest hesitation, the dragonman youngster said, “It just a cannon, how can it compare to your life?”

“Chi Lai, trust me.”

“Even if the gold cannon is destroyed, we can get another in the future.”

“Compared to that cannon, I need you more.”

Chi Lai’s heart jumped, he sensed the dragonman youngster’s sincerity.

Both were Justice God believers, and Chi Lai had rarely received such warmness from the secular world.

“I understand.” Chi Lai replied and immediately evacuated.

Vinegar Jar, rise for me!” As Xi Dai Zi shouted that, the Vinegar Jar immediately responded.

Its cannon mouths once more burst with jets of water.

The water surged violently and smashed into the ground, its reaction force pushing the Vinegar Jar back up to an upright position.

The dragonman youngster and Zong Ge had just reached the ship.

Bang, thump, bang.

Xi Dai Zi opened a number of cannons.

The dragonman youngster and Zong Ge sidestepped and weren’t hit by the recklessly fired water shells.

The close range bombardment of water shells formed powerful waves.

The waves swept away the dragonman youngster, Zong Ge, the Fertile Land priest, and even Peng Ding Zi, the fishman knight, and many others too.

In order to protect the Vinegar Jar, Xi Dai Zi was forced to fire, despite causing collateral damage to his comrades in arms.

However, a moment later.

When the turbulent waves swept int the spiky fishman and fishman knight, it actually washed their enemies away and helped their allies save them.

The two silver level fighters quickly swam into the Vinegar Jar.

Compared to Yao Guan Zi, Xi Dai Zi was a better controller of the water cannons.

Because he was a fishman shaman, a caster, and under spiritual control, these cannons could be operated more finely.

With two silver level fighters inside it, the Vinegar Jar became harder to capture.
