Chapter 233: Magic Medicine Blood Measurement - Part 4

Time quickly passed.

On the ocean surface, the curtain of night wan ed as the morning sun slowly rose.

The Dragon Lion Mercenary Corps’ fleet brought through the morning mist, following Cang Xu and Qing Xin sailing the Iron Lump in the distance.

The dragonman youngster’s first order of business after waking up was still determining their route and speed.

After finishing his morning prayer and returned to the captain’s room, he received the results of Zi Di’s medicine testing.

The young man understood that the bloodline testing results greatly influenced the survivors.

He harbored a bit of nervousness and apprehension when he looked at them.

“Lan Zao has a fishman bloodline?” The dragonman youngster was astonished.

But what it was specifically still needed to be tested in the future.

“Wait a moment.” The dragonman youngster suddenly recalled a memory from Mystifying Monster Island.

While they were struggling to survive on Mystifying Monster Island, they had entered a desert oasis, there they were able to take a breather, but they also encountered danger.

The oasis’ lake had many fat ball flying fish living in it.

These floating fishes could turn invisible and couldn’t be seen with the naked eye.

The dragonman youngster at the time also relied on the Bloodcore to transform his eyes to green lizard ones, giving him thermal vision.

Their old camp was also attacked by a small school of fish.

When the dragonman youngster ran back, he saw Lan Zao fighting bravely, preserving the camp.

“At the time, he couldn’t see the fat ball flying fish either, he was also in terrible condition, yet in spite of that, he could hit the flying fish and drive them away until I was able to reinforce him.”

“It can be seen that under the immense pressure of death, Lan Zao’s whole potential erupted out of him.”

“And potential is undoubtedly coupled with one’s bloodline.”

“Perhaps this is a crucial clue.”

The dragonman youngster continued reading.

A moment later, his eyes widened slightly, revealing pleasant surprise.

“My small child’s bloodline is at least legend level? Good, amazing!”

The young man was incomparably gratified.

According to Zi Di’s statement, the big guy’s intelligence problem will probably change due to his bloodline.

“He doesn’t need to use the Bloodline Purification formation, so long as he surmounts the first difficulty and matures steadily, he will have great achievements.”

“If the old boatswain knew about this, he would have laughed to his heart’s content.”

The dragonman youngster lamented in his heart.

Under the big guy was Tripleblade’s bloodline testing results.

The dragonman youngster couldn’t help but be surprised, and he gave a strange look at it.

“Tripleblade’s bloodline is surprisingly the Three Color panda-man bloodline?”

“He is a goblin, but he has a beastman transcendent bloodline. Furthermore, this bloodline is actually one of the classical magic chef bloodlines.

The dragonman youngster was also momentarily speechless.

The Dragon Lion Mercenary Corps needed a qualified magic chef.

The dragonman youngster, Zong Ge, and the rest ate magic beast meat every day, but they were simply cooked.

If that had a magic chef, not only would fewer ingredients be used, but the magic cuisine eaten would have more effects.

This kind of improvement won’t be discerned in a day, but over a long period of accumulation, it would usually form a frightful disparity.

Every great power in the Sheng Ming Empire had a fixed magic chef working for them.

In fact, not just the humans, but also the elves, dwarfs, dragons, and every other race had magic chefs active among them.

Great kitchens made classic dishes and were always welcomed and even esteemed by the upper class.

Simply put, magic cooking could be regarded as magic medicine with a very short shelf life.

But taking too much magic medicine would cause drug resistance to them.

Magic cuisine was not like that.

“What a pity, although I know a portion of the truth on Tripleblade’s bloodline, for now, I cannot tell him.” The dragonman youngster felt a faint pity.

The only three people that knew of the Bloodcore was him, Zi Di, and Cang Xu.

The other survivors didn’t know yet, they only guessed that the Bloodcore was extremely valuable!

If he immediately told Tripleblade the blood test results, it would instead ruin things.

Tripleblade was close to Zong Ge and always kept a respectful distance from the young man and the others, keeping a wary mentality against them.

Without mentioning the above, one could see Tripleblade’s attitude during the bloodline background investigation.

Tripleblade didn’t expose many clues about himself, this made Zi Di’s blood measurements much more difficult.

“Perhaps I can use an indirect approach and method to raise this point with him.”

The dragonman youngster pondered for a spell, and felt he wasn’t sure of the outcome.

Tripleblade too had the pride of a fighter, and if he was forced to do cooking, he might overreach himself, leading himself to think that the dragonman youngster was insulting him.

The dragonman youngster relinquished the thought and continued to browse the report.

He saw Zi Di’s testing results.

“Four types of bloodlines…” The dragonman youngster sincerely hoped that Zi DI’s bloodline potential was somewhat high.

After Zi Di was Cang Xu.

Cang Xu’ bloodline result was currently appraised as the iron level Farm Land bloodline.

But Cang Xu’s body had a near nonexistent concentration of this transcendent bloodline.

“Although there is an answer, as far as Cang Xu is concerned, he will have better prospects walking the path of necromancy.” The dragonman youngster sighed.

After Cang Xu was Zong Ge’s bloodline.

Currently Zi Di’s testing stated that Zong Ge’s bloodline quality was very high.

His body had two transcendent bloodlines.

One was human, the other the lion race.

Both were non elemental.

“The human bloodline is related to the sword, perhaps this is the reason Zong Ge became a weapon master.”

“The Lion-man quality is very high, at least saint level.”

The dragonman youngster murmured, looking pensively.

Zi Di’s testing had ended here, limited by materials and couldn’t continue testing.

For now, testing wasn’t needed.

Because Zong Ge and the big guy were the same, neither needed bloodline purification.

They still had a long way to go till they reached the limit of their talents.

Furthermore, the Bloodcore couldn’t be divulged to Zong Ge, this matter needed to be handled cautiously.

After Zong Ge was Mu Ban.

Current tests said he had a tree type magic plant transcendent bloodline.

Fei She had a dwarf bloodline, but it was unknown which.

Although Qiao Shan’s bloodline didn’t have a precise answer, her range had been reduced to a few routes. Currently, it could be determined that her body had a Drow bloodline, a dark elf bloodline.

As for Bai Ya…

When the dragonman youngster saw it, his brows inevitably pursed.

Bai Ya’s blood never reacted during any of the testing!

Zi Di gave him a quite tragic testing result – Bai Ya didn’t have any transcendent bloodline.

“Bai Ya…” The dragonman youngster deeply sighed.

From deep within his heart, he had a good opinion of this young hunter.

Bai Ya conducted himself cordially and dared to risk everything to help another, in spite of his own safety.

On Mystifying Monster Island, he had saved Cang Xu and sucked poison out of Lan Zao.

After getting battle qi techniques, he had practiced the most.

But he didn’t have a transcendent bloodline, thus he will never become a cultivator.

After the dragonman youngster saw the testing results, he looked it through once more, and after ensuring that he remembered them, he burned it.

Overall, Zi Di’s magic medicine blood measurement had a lot of results.

With these results, the survivors could have a clearer direction on how to grow.

“Next will be the gather the pertinent materials and continue measuring blood. More importantly, is the construction of the Bloodline Purification formation!” The dragonman youngster planned.

Constructing the Bloodline Purification formation was rather difficulty, and the survivors still lacked a crucial alchemy talent.

Zi Di and Cang Xu could do it, but the chance of success was too small.

If one was barely enough, it would consume too much time and supplies, and it still might all be in vain in the end.
